30-day returns

We offer 30-day returns from the date your order is delivered.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will cover the return shipping cost.

To start a return, contact us at store@elitem.co with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
